Instructions for use:
1.Check before starting and before starting
① Check whether the temperature sensor and power cord are connected before starting.
② Turn on the main power switch. Use it after the self-test is completed (the display temperature of the digital tube is the current room temperature).
③ The small black switch on the front panel is used to control the work of the infrared preheating chassis; press the "▲" up key on the front panel, and "▼"
Down key can adjust the working temperature of the infrared preheating chassis within 0-450 ℃. Press the switch to "WARM", then the infrared preheating
The chassis starts to work. Press the switch to "COOL", the infrared preheating chassis stops working.
2. Operation of preheating PCB board:
(1) PCB placement and adjustment:
① According to the size of the PCB board, adjust the position of the bracket, place the PCB board on the bracket, and fix it with the hand tight screws. Temperature
The temperature measuring head of the sensor is fixed on the PCB board that needs to be preheated, and is fastened with aluminum foil or sticky paper.
② According to the size of the PCB board and the requirements of the welding process, press the "▲" up key and "▼" down key on the front panel.
Within 450 ℃, adjust the output temperature of the infrared preheating chassis.
(2) Preheating on and off:
①, press the switch "WARM", 3-5 minutes after turning on the preheating chassis to stabilize the display temperature around the set value.
Step related operations.
② When the work is over, press the switch "COOL", the infrared preheating chassis stops working. Note: The power cannot be turned off at this time.
Off, let the machine cool down sufficiently before turning off the power.
③, general preheating temperature setting recommendations: when preheating leaded PCB boards, the infrared preheating chassis temperature can be adjusted to 100-120 ° C
Left and right; when preheating lead-free PCB boards, the temperature of the infrared preheating chassis can be adjusted to about 120-140 ° C;
Use process and user experience to set different preheating temperatures.
Precautions
1. After working, do not turn off the power immediately, so that the fan fully cools the infrared preheating chassis.
2. Keep the ventilation openings clear, the infrared preheating chassis clean, and regularly clean with anhydrous alcohol!
3. Be careful and operate at high temperature, pay attention to safety and prevent burns.
4. If not used for a long time, unplug the power plug!
