This product is AC110V-220V power supply small power induction heating machine, mainly used for heating and quenching of small iron metal materials, with the matching 70mL graphite crucible maximum temperature up to 1600 degrees Celsius. Easy to melt iron, copper, gold, silver and aluminum.
Features
1. It adopts integrated metal shell design, which is convenient to use and carry, and has good heat dissipation;
2. Integrated power supply to avoid complicated wiring;
3. The heating ring is wrapped with high temperature insulation material to prevent short circuit during heating, and the heating ring can be removed and replaced to customize a specific heating ring;
4. Integrate the internal water cooling circulation system to prevent the heating coil from overheating;
5. The top two high-power fans are used for heat dissipation;
6. Add a current overload protection switch to trip the protection circuit in case of overload;
7. Large LCD screen display system's various operating parameters, including voltage, current, power, motherboard temperature, etc., and can be easily switched in Chinese and English.
8. Provide 0-2800W power adjustable version;
9. Add a 0-660 degree or 0-1000 degree infrared temperature controllable version on the basis of power adjustment.

Precautions:
1. The boot sequence should follow the first turn on the main power switch. After waiting for a few seconds, you can see that the fan and the pump are working normally. When the voltage is displayed as 48V, you can turn on the inductive heating switch on the back. Do not operate incorrectly, otherwise it will be directly Burn out the motherboard and no protection. Turn off the heating switch and then turn off the power switch when shutting down. If the shutdown is not used for a period of time, the total power supply should be turned off after the heating switch is turned off for one minute, so that the cooling system will cool the system and increase the service life;
2. Work must be water-cooled and air-cooled at the same time. If any one of them does not work, immediately disconnect the power supply and contact the manufacturer for a solution;
3. If the conditional water cooling can be directly discharged by using cold water and hot water, the circulation method is not adopted, so that the heat dissipation effect is better;
4. Long-term use of antimony should be prepared, graphite high-temperature heating will react with oxygen to form carbon dioxide and gradually consume it;
5. Always pay attention to the changes of various parameters of the display, especially the voltage and current and the temperature of the motherboard. Whenever an abnormality is found, the power must be disconnected immediately.
6. When using at high power, it is normal for the operating noise of the heat dissipation system to be relatively large.
