1 Please don't connect this drive to USB Hub port,the power delivered from the Hub port may not be enough to ensure the drive running.
2 Please connect the drive to the rear USB connector which is assembled on the motherboard if your device is a desktop/computer PC.
3 If it is Mac/Laptop/Notebook,just plug it to USB port directly,the drive will run automatically,no extra drive needed.
4 Please connect both of 2 USB cables into rear USB interface of motherboard directly.If you connect our external drive through USB hub,USB extension cable or frontal USB interface,it may can not run smoothly because it can get insufficient power from computer.
5 If our external drive can not play DVD on your windows computer,maybe this is not the fault of external drive.Since the Windows new release have discontinued the internal DVD movie player software,you just need to download another player software(Such as,VLC,GOM or MPC-HC) to play your DVD movies with our external drive.
6 Internal light source may be harmful to the eyes of the face,Please don't look directly.
7 Keep the machine steady on the desktop,do not put it on unstable items.Do not put the machine nearby a strong magnetic objects.
8 Don't put the machines on the place that easy to be squeezed,don't press your finger on the drive when it is running or ejectiong.
