1.Diamond grinding paste is a kind of precision machining,When processing,requirements environment and tools are clean,All tools requires special each particle size, can not be mixed

2.Before change to different grit size of grinding paste in the manufacturing process,must clean workpiece, In order to avoid in the coarse particles into fine-grained grinding paste to scratch artifacts.

3.When using it, put a small amount of grinding paste into a container or directly to squeeze in the grinding device,Diluted paste with water, glycerin, or kerosene.Usually,the ratio of water and polishing paste is 1:1,aslo can be adjusted according to the usage,The most fine grit size just need add a small amount of water,with the increase of grit size enlargement of the right amount of glycerin.

4.After grinding,Workpiece need to clean by gasoline, kerosene, or water.

l  Notice of Transportation and storage:

1.Transportation and storage can not be squeezed.

2.Storage temperature should be below 20°C

3.Storage condition:keep in dry and cool place

l  Application method:

In the process of grinding abrasive,need to continuous rolling it,making two kinds of effects of extrusion and cutting,Concavo-convex surface will be more flat and smooth,also can be applied to hand-held fine polishing,suitable for lower hardness product.

According to the requirement of the workpiece material and surface finish,it requires to selection suitable grinding apparatus and polishing paste.Usually,when you used polishing paste,need to dilute polishing paste by water or glycerin.the ratio of water and polishing paste is 1:1.Also should be stirring constantly,add water or glycerin slowly.Be careful to agglomerate.If agglomeration,can heating and mixing to 80℃，It can disappear naturally.
