Before Shipping 

We have rich experience upon the international order all over the world. We can deliver the order to APO Box. We will combine the shipping cost for multi items purchase.

Before Shipping 

We will deliver the item to the customer in two business handling day when the payment is cleared. We will check the order carefully before it is sent to you.

We will pack the order well tough with normal appearance. If you need additional request upon the packing please let us informed at the first time.

If possible, please supply us with your telephone number only for the purpose of your local post office needs. In case that you are absent and not able to pick up the item at your location in time, the post office may call you for reminder (Mostly, mail carrier will only put a notice).

Shipping Mode 

We mainly use EMS Express and Parcel Register Post for shipping. EMS Express can be tracked on www.usps.com and your local post office. Parcel Register Post can be tracked in your local post office. Both need your signature to accept.

If you need the track number, please send an e-mail or leave a message to us for acquisition.

We can also use other express shipping, such as: UPS, DHL, FedEx and TNT etc, while the cost will be higher. You shall contact us first if you need mentioned above service.

Shipping insurance is included in the S&H fee.

Shipping Period 

Generally speaking, EMS Express takes about 3 to 6 days according to the different location of US. Parcel Register Mail takes longer than EMS Express

Please contact us if you don’t have it in regular days. We will firstly check it with track number. If it doesn’t work we will send the track application in paper to the USPS post office, which will take several days to acquire the reply.

After Sales Service 

Except man-made mistakes, we will exchange the defective with a brand new one within 14 days after you get our product. According to the guild regulations customer shall be responsible for the returning shipping fee.

All scopes and items have three years warranty.
