Precautions:

1. Before application, first confirm whether your motor's working voltage, current, and speed are consistent with the control board

2. Be sure to confirm whether the polarity of the power supply is correct before turning on the power, and whether there is a short circuit in the connected wires, etc.

3. From start to running of the motor, if the heat is serious, the current exceeds the normal value, and the speed does not go up, you need to stop the acceleration immediately and disconnect the power supply

Troubleshooting:

1. The motor cannot start normally: please check whether the power supply is normal, whether the related wiring of the motor is correct, whether the speed regulation voltage is normal, and whether the enable terminal is high (the enable terminal should be 5V in normal use, and 0V when disabled)

2. The Hall phase sequence does not match the motor winding, adjust the three Hall wires until the motor runs smoothly

JYQD_V7.0 can directly drive DC brushless motors with diameters of 20, 28, 32, 45, 50, 57, etc., and JYQD_V7.0 brushless DC motor control boards, except for the connectors, are all produced by SMT technology, with small size Simple application and convenient operation. In the most typical applications, only need to connect the motor and power supply to work normally

1. Connect the power supply and motor wires:

Connect the motor winding wires (3 pieces) and the power wire according to the signs on the drive board (see picture)

2. Connect the Hall line:

According to the hall line mark on the motor, connect it to the hall connection terminal on JYQD_V7.0 (see picture)

3. Connect to the control terminal:

From speed control, forward and reverse rotation, enable, connect the speed control potentiometer, forward and reverse switch, and enable switch as shown in the figure (see figure)

4. After the previous 1/2/3 three-step operation, the power-on test (run) can be performed. Before power-on, you must pay attention to the power supply voltage. 5) Normal conditions, when the speed control terminal is increased from 0V to 5, The motor should start from a stopped state and be able to run in a balanced manner

6.SC enable terminal:

When not using this function, it can be connected to 5V or left floating
