Anti-friction solid lubricant coating based on molybdenum and graphite disulfide.

The coating prevents bullying, restores worn factory coating, reduces friction and wear::

• On piston skirts

• On the liners of camshaft and crankshaft

The coating consists of the smallest particles of solid lubricants (molybdenum and graphite disulfide), which are evenly distributed in a mixture of binder and solvent.

After coating, the solvent evaporates. The binder is cured, providing reliable grip on the surface of the piston skirt and effective fastening of particulate solids. On the surface is formed a smooth and very slippery dry lubricant film with a thickness of 15-25 mmm.

Molybdenum and graphite disulfide particles fill the surfaces with microirregularities. Due to this, its load bearing capacity and anti-bullying properties are increased, it is facilitated to work. The coating allows you to achieve low and stable friction even at extreme high contact pressures.

Preparation of the surface of the part determines the quality of the coating and its durability. A strong coating can be obtained only with the impeccable preparation of the surface.

Instructions for application of coating:

1. to prepare and clean the surface, use a special cleaner-activator modengy. Only it can provide the best grip coating. It also allows you to easily remove an uncured coating (for example, podteki in the case of inaccurate application).

2. shake the balloon with a coating of at least 3 minutes after the appearance of the ball knock

3. spray the coating from the cylinder to the surface being processed from 25-30 cm distance

4. give the coating time to dry for at least 10 minutes at room temperature until the appearance of matovity (this is the pre-drying stage)

5. apply the second layer of coating over the dried first (if necessary)

6. give the coating time to dry at least 12 hours at room temperature (this is the final drying stage)
