The three thicker phase-line driver boards also have three phase-line interfaces. They are marked with the characters such as MA MB MC and so on. They are also correspondingly connected. After confirming that they are correct, the main power supply can work normally. (If the interface is correctly matched according to the label, if the power does not work normally, the possibility of non-standard labeling by the manufacturer or other reasons is not excluded. Please follow the following 3 interface definition to debug. The definition of phase line and Hall line, you can connect the three phase lines of the motor and the drive phase line interface arbitrarily, and the three signal lines of the Hall line and the Hall interface of the drive board are arbitrarily connected (but two Hall power supply The cable must find a way to find and connect the pair, remember!!!) Then when the first time is energized, low voltage and small current debugging (if conditions are used, adjust the constant current power supply voltage to 7-12V current 1-2A), and then By arbitrarily swapping the order of the three Hall wires (any two of the three Hall signal wires of the motor and the drive Hall interface are exchanged, and every time a power-on test is exchanged), until the power can be smoothly rotated to run, it means that the wiring is correct. , When the wiring is incorrect, do not debug with high current and high voltage, otherwise there is a risk of damage to the driver board. If the three Hall signal lines are replaced after the corresponding connection is correct, the motor will run silky and smooth at low speed after power on. If the sequence of the three Hall signal lines does not correspond to each other, there are generally the following characteristics: 1. The motor cannot start normally and there is no response or the start only shakes and cannot rotate normally 2. There is a slight jitter start difficulty, sometimes it needs manual operation to turn Rise, 3. The motor start jitter is large and weak, there is no bath sound current, the high-power tube is seriously heated.
